Fontenelle Reservoir is at elevation 6492.8 ft (72% full). The current rate of inflow is roughly 760 cubic feet per second (cfs), with recent daily averages ranging from 660 cfs to 870 cfs. Weather conditions are expected to continue to be dry and the Colorado Basin River Forecast Center has forecasted fall reservoir inflows that are below average. Beginning Monday, October 19, 2015, at 8:00 a.m., releases from Fontenelle will be decreased to 950 cfs according to the following schedule:

After the final change at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, October 19, 2015, releases will remain at 950 cfs until further notice. All times identified in this notification are local time (Mountain Standard Time) and not hour ending.
It is currently anticipated that releases will be maintained at a baseflow of 950 cfs until Spring 2016. This is subject to change based on observed hydrology.
