Our Philosophy...
We are a small outfitting company focused on promoting a first class experience for our clients. Our goal is to provide the best service possible so your experience is memorable and enjoyable. Sixty percent of our clients return every year, and that rate is increasing. Being a smaller company has afforded us the opportunity to obtain exclusive access to several private ranches in the area, which our clients truly enjoy. We have also partnered with several other outfitters in the area so that we are able to offer an unmatched selection of waters to fish. This ensures that our clients will be fishing the best available waters on a daily basis.

Our Guides... (Licensed in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho and Colorado)
Our guides are hired for their knowledge of the waters we fish and the ability to put you in position to catch and land a fish. We pride ourselves by demonstrating our knowledge, personality, effort, attention to detail, and providing quality equipment. We are very concerned to provide a safe environment for our guests to enjoy their experience, and all of our guides are certified in first aid and CPR. We specialize in custom trips for anglers from all experience levels; we want your trip to be an excellent adventure.

 

Rhett J. Bain: Owning Reel Deal Anglers JH, Inc., in Jackson Hole is a dream come true for Rhett. He has been freshwater trout guiding for twelve years in the Rocky Mountains. He enjoys sharing his passion and knowledge of fishing and the outdoors with his clients. His enthusiasm, spirit and expertise is contagious. After spending a day on the river with Rhett, you will realize why his clients return year after year.
Dave Jaquith: Dave has lived in Wilson, Wyoming for 15 years and fished the local waters for all of them. He has been guiding for 6 years, 3 of them with Reel Deal Anglers.
Matt Lettick: Meet Matt Lettick: fun, funny, friendly. He loves his work. In the winter, Matt works as a Level III ski instructor at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Teton Village. Then spring comes – time to dig out the boat and find clear water. Reel Deal Anglers has so much incredible water that the options open early and last until late fall. Matt loves being on the river and catching fish, so jump in and hit the river with him.
Quincy Liby: Quincy was born and raised in Jackson, Wyoming, where she fished the local waters with her family. While attending school in Bozeman, Montana her love of fishing grew even more. Quincy has been guiding in Wyoming and Idaho for over 7 years and has become a fixture amongst fly fishing guides. Several years ago Quincy, eager to pursue a year round life of guiding, began working in the Southern hemisphere during Wyoming's winters. She has since guided in both Argentina and Chile for 4 seasons. Quincy looks forward to other adventures and sharing her love of fishing with everyone.
Tim Trafton Tim Trafton was born and raised in Maine where the great outdoors was an integral part of his childhood. His father first put a fly rod in his hand at the age of seven and he has continued his pursuit of fly fishing ever since. Skiing originally brought Tim out west, but the endless fishing possibilities kept him here. Tim has made his home here in Teton Valley--along with his wife and two children--and can be found fishing the local waters year round. With a master’s degree in Biomechanics, Tim will analyze and help you perfect your cast and fly presentation!
Bess Wentz Bess moved to Jackson from Raleigh, North Carolina in 2003 upon graduating from North Carolina State University. Originally, skiing for the winter was the attraction, but the lure of exploring the western rivers and mountains in the summer has kept her here. In the fall, Bess heads to Alaska to guide the Coho salmon run on the Tsiu River. Bess’s spirit and enthusiasm for fishing is contagious! She can teach you the basics, perfect your cast or spend a day stalking wild trout!
